Anti-Discrimination Policy

As an organization, we stand against anti-Black racism and all forms of oppression including transphobia, classism, sexism, and xenophobia. We commit to a focused and sustained action to dismantle racist systems, policies, practices, and ideologies within ourselves and our networks. As we continue to learn about injustice, we embrace radical redirection of our awareness and will listen to the voices of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and marginalized peoples to catalyze equitable outcomes for all.

Dr. B~Leave a Lifeprint Coaching and Consulting, Inc. acknowledges its ethical and statutory responsibility to afford equal treatment and equal opportunity to all persons and thus complies with all applicable laws and directives regarding non-discrimination and equality of opportunity. As required by all applicable federal and state laws, Dr. B~Leave a Lifeprint Coaching and Consulting, Inc. does not discriminate and prohibits discrimination and harassment against its employees, students, and applicants based on race, ethnicity, color, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, religion, creed, age (40 years or older), national origin or ancestry, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, marital status, parental status, pregnancy, military or veteran status, political activities/ affiliations, or other impermissible reason in its programs and activities.
